By accessing jeetbuzx, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the jeetbuzx platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (referred to throughout this document as the "Player") and jeetbuzx (referred to as the "Platform").

If you are accessing jeetbuzx on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their full authority to agree to these terms on their behalf, and that both you and the person you represent are individually bound by all provisions contained herein. jeetbuzx will hold the registered account holder responsible for all activity conducted through the account, regardless of who physically performed that activity.

jeetbuzx reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notification to players. When material changes are made, jeetbuzx will post a notice on the platform homepage or send a notification via the registered email address on file. Your continued use of jeetbuzx after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the definitive, controlling version for all purposes, including dispute resolution. No translation of this document into any other language shall create a binding obligation on jeetbuzx beyond what is stated in the English version.

To be eligible to register and maintain a jeetbuzx account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of an organisation).
• You are accessing jeetbuzx voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously had a jeetbuzx account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by jeetbuzx.
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party in connection with your use of the platform.

jeetbuzx conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all player accounts. As part of this process, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of the payment methods used on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by jeetbuzx may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

jeetbuzx operates age verification controls as a primary safeguard. Any account where jeetbuzx has reasonable grounds to suspect the account holder is under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately pending verification. If it is confirmed that the account holder is a minor, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits made to the account will be returned to the funding source, minus any winnings generated while the account was active. Winnings generated by underage accounts are not payable under any circumstances.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jeetbuzx. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different device identifiers, different payment methods, or any other means of circumventing the one-account rule — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. jeetbuzx uses a combination of technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts identified will be suspended pending investigation.

When registering your jeetbuzx account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any registered information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbuzx login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. jeetbuzx will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you, and jeetbuzx bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeetbuzx support immediately at support@jeetbuzx so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

jeetbuzx supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. The minimum deposit amount on jeetbuzx is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jeetbuzx itself, however individual payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap) may impose their own transaction limits, which players are responsible for understanding independently.

All payment methods used to deposit funds into a jeetbuzx account must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits originating from a payment source that belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from jeetbuzx are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being fully complete. jeetbuzx targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted after this time may be processed the following business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.

The following general conditions apply to all withdrawals from jeetbuzx:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• jeetbuzx does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit on the account within the preceding 90 days, or as otherwise approved by jeetbuzx compliance on a case-by-case basis.
• In cases where jeetbuzx suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation for a period not exceeding 30 days.

All bets placed on jeetbuzx are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game. In the event of any conflict between a general term in this document and a specific game or sport rule published on the platform, the specific rule shall take precedence for that particular bet or game session.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by jeetbuzx, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. jeetbuzx reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted as a result of a clear pricing or odds error on the part of jeetbuzx.
• The underlying event was cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or materially altered from its advertised format.
• There is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised (e.g., match-fixing suspicion).
• The bet was placed using funds that are subject to a pending fraud or dispute investigation.
• The bet was placed in violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Cricket betting markets — including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC Test Championship, and other international cricket — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of jeetbuzx. Live in-play betting markets close at specific points during a match; any bet submitted after the designated cut-off point will not be accepted, and any bet accepted in error after that point will be voided and the stake returned.

All casino games on jeetbuzx — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and arcade games including Fruit Shop and Judo — use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are subject to the rules published by the respective game studio. jeetbuzx does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages are those certified by the game provider and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.

jeetbuzx offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament-specific promotions tied to events such as the BPL and IPL cricket seasons. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all jeetbuzx promotions unless otherwise stated include:

1. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms (typically ranging from 15x to 35x the bonus amount).
2. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
3. jeetbuzx reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or any attempt to circumvent the intended purpose of the offer.
4. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements are fully met.
5. Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds will be used first for wagers, unless the platform's wallet logic specifies an alternative order for a particular game type.
6. Free spins are valid only on the designated game(s) specified in the promotion and expire at the time stated in the offer terms. Unused free spins that expire will be forfeited without compensation.

jeetbuzx reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any claim made by a player in connection with a promotion. Failure to provide such evidence within 7 days of the request may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetbuzx. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud jeetbuzx or other players through misrepresentation, chargebacks, false identity claims, or any other deceptive practice.
• Money laundering: Using jeetbuzx to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from any illegal activity. jeetbuzx complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the jeetbuzx platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform rather than reporting it to jeetbuzx support immediately.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically placing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting) in a manner that jeetbuzx determines to be exploitative, or claiming bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to jeetbuzx by any person under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with minors.
• Account sharing or selling: Sharing, renting, selling, or otherwise transferring access to a jeetbuzx account to any third party.

jeetbuzx actively monitors platform activity using automated detection systems and manual review processes. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in enforcement action commensurate with the severity of the violation. jeetbuzx's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final and binding.

jeetbuzx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• jeetbuzx is required to close the account for regulatory, legal, or compliance reasons.
• jeetbuzx determines in its reasonable judgment that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the service.

Players may voluntarily close their jeetbuzx account at any time by submitting a written closure request to support@jeetbuzx. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jeetbuzx will process the request within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In cases where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, jeetbuzx will conduct an investigation before determining the appropriate course of action. During the investigation period, the account balance will be held and no withdrawals will be processed. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed without delay. If a breach is confirmed, jeetbuzx reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part, proportionate to the nature of the confirmed violation.

Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are treated with the utmost seriousness on jeetbuzx. A player who requests self-exclusion will have their account locked within 24 hours of the request being received. During the self-exclusion period, the player will not receive any promotional communications from jeetbuzx. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinite duration are available. Players wishing to extend a temporary self-exclusion may do so at any time; players wishing to end a temporary self-exclusion before its natural expiry are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before reinstatement is considered.
